Every regular Gold Kit Express shipment includes insurance coverage of up to $500 CAD, with high value kit options available for shipments requiring coverage of up to $5,000 CAD. Please email us if you require insurance over $5000 CAD.
This coverage applies to qualifying packages that are lost in transit and do not arrive to us. It does not extend to claims relating to the contents of a package after shipment, such as missing items, incomplete contents, empty parcels, or suspected tampering. This policy helps us maintain a secure and reliable service for all customers.
Important
Insurance applies only when the kit is shipped using the instructions, packaging, and shipping method provided by Cash for Gold Canada. If you believe your shipment may exceed the standard coverage amounts, please email us before mailing your items so we can help arrange a higher value kit.

We offer extremely competitive pricing for your scrap items and are confident you will be happy with your payout. If for any reason you are unhappy in any way with the payment you received just have your cheque returned to us no later than ten (10) days of the date on the cheque or send us back the payment we issued to you via Paypal/Interac transfer within ten (10) days (whichever applies) and we will return the material you included in the GOLDExpress kit within fifteen (15) business days. No questions asked. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee. After the ten (10) day return period your items will be removed from our facility to be refined. If you are concerned that your returned cheque will not reach us in time, please let us know before the ten (10) days have passed so that we hold your package for you. Please note that if you elect to have your items returned to you, a $30.00 shipping and handling charge will apply.
